Design a high-conversion property launch page that balances emotional aspiration, financial incentives, developer credibility, scarcity, location authority, and lead generation.

This skill focuses on:
- New apartment launches
- Off-the-plan townhouse releases
- Masterplanned community launches
- Luxury residential tower launches
- Boutique residential projects

This skill does NOT cover:
- Listing portals
- Agency websites
- Generic landing templates
- SaaS layouts

The page must feel premium, architectural, and intentional — never "template funnel".

No gradients. No SaaS aesthetic. No pill buttons.

This is critical.

Incentives must be structured clearly:
